Transfer Grilles are suitable for installation in Doors, Walls and Partitions, where the transfer of air from room to room is required.
Within our range of Transfer Grilles, there are three designs of frame and four styles of core providing flexibility of installation, choice of appearance and functionality. In its most simplest format, one of the three steel cores can be supplied loose for beading into the aperture, alternatively the core can be supplied with a ‘U’ channel panel frame.
When mounted into a door, our telescopic frame can facilitate a door thickness between 28 and 52mm, with light tight or vision proof cores to meet the application requirement.
Cores only are supplied loose for beading into position by others, cores with panel frames are available with or without screw holes. The standard fixing method for both the telescopic frame and pressed steel grille is screw fixing through the face.
Non Vision Grilles [NVG Model short code]. Because of the flexibility of design and construction of our range of Air Grilles, Non Vision Grilles are easily produced for a wide range of applications including but not exclusive to Schools, Shops, Hotels, Restaurants and many other situations where privacy is a requirement.
Narrow Transfer Grilles [NTG Model short code] are available where a slim profile is required. With innovative design, we are able to produce a Narrow Transfer Grill that houses the slim core on the outer face of the door or panel, leaving the remaining depth available to house other functionality such as a fire damper. Our T Series Range of Linear Bar Grilles is a comprehensive range of supply and return air linear bar grilles suitable for incorporation in ceiling, sidewall, cill and floor applications. The range includes a wide variety of frames and core styles which will co-ordinate with most building environments and provide an aesthetic and cost effective solution to the air distribution requirements. Our flexibility of construction and assembly allows us to produce the most frequently required applications used in buildings today.
Narrow Blade Linear Bar Grilles [NB Model & GN Model short codes] - These grilles are produced with a 3mm wide bar and depending on your specification, are available at different air deflection angles.
Wide Blade Linear Bar Grilles [WB Model & GW Model short codes] - Wide Blade Linear Bar Grilles are produced with a 6.4mm wide bar. These are produced with a variety of air deflection angles depending on your requirements.
All cores are fabricated from high quality aluminium extrusions with solid bars and differing angles of deflection. Units are manufactured using fixed spacing aluminium cross members. Some sores are available in mitred sections which are available to any angle. Whilst standard cores are fixed, removable cores are available on cill or floor applications son request. Volume control dampers which are operable from the face of the grille are also available.
Mitred corners are available, cut to any angle, and are all purpose made to special order. Available in three methods for cill, ceiling or sidewall applications. Standard leg length is 500mm over flange measured from inside of angle.
Our range of Return Air Grilles have been designed to complement our Supply Diffusers for both side wall and ceiling applications including the popular Egg Crate [EC Model Short code] style. The range is available in a wide variety of styles and sizes to suit individual application requirements.
With three standard frames and four styles of core, the range provides a flexible group of grilles to meet most functional and installation requirements. All models are available with opposed blade volume control dampers operable from the face of the grille and sealing gasket is available as an option.
Return Air Grilles are also available with blades installed at an angle of 45º [G45 Model short code] for 45º air flow.
Our Return Air Grilles are available as standard in powder coated RAL 9010 Matt White. Grilles which are manufactured totally from aluminium are also available in a natural anodised finish, please contact us for more information on custom finishes.
Our G Series range of Supply Air Grilles are available in both Single Deflection [SD Model short code] and Double Deflection [DD Model short code] configuration.
With three standard frames and three styles of core, the range provides a flexible group of side wall grilles to meet most functional and installation requirements.
Supply Air Grilles are manufactured with extruded aluminium flanges, and are complete with aluminium aerofoil blades, resulting in a clean aesthetic appearance.
Grilles utilising our ‘B’ style frame have integral cores which are retained by spring clips on the rear of the extrusion, whilst the ‘H’ style houses the core in a U channel panel frame, removable from the face and allowing access to the duct without having to remove the whole grille.

The E Series range of aluminium Curved Blade [CB Model grill equiv] diffusers have been designed to provide an attractive and flexible solution to a wide variety of air distribution requirements. With a wide variety of air patterns available, together with either fixed or adjustable blade patterns, the range can be matched to most building environments, in supply air applications.
The range comprises two basic styles, a fixed blade (EKE) and an adjustable blade (EYE). All frames and blades are manufactured from high quality aluminium extrusions and galvanised steel volume control dampers are available operable through the face of the diffuser.
With a fully welded frame, the units are available in square or rectangular sizes starting from 150mm x 75mm and increasing in increments of 25mm to a maximum single piece construction of 1200mm x 600mm. The units can be supplied in any of seven possible air pattern arrangements giving 1, 2, 3 or 4 way discharge.
