The JPR range of Drum Jet diffusers are high air capacity terminals designed for applications requiring a long jet throw.
They are ideally suited for exposed duct or sidewall installations in sports complexes, atria, factory workshops and warehouses.
The drum and guide vanes can be adjusted to give full jet spread and directional control, enabling the diffuser to be set up for optimum conditions in both heating and cooling modes.
In addition, to promote rapid diffusion in the vertical plane and reduce jet throws, a further set of adjustable blades can be fitted across the width of the drum outlet. (Type DJD) The diffuser drum and frame are robustly constructed from anodised aluminium extrusions and incorporate brush strips to provide a low friction air tight seal.
Circular cone ceiling diffusers or duct mounted diffusers, are capable of a high aspiration rate and have the capacity to handle large volumes of air at relatively low sound levels for supply and extract applications, making these diffusers particularly useful for installation in open plan areas such as auditoriums, airport lobbies, supermarkets and factories.
Four separate model types are available, Model OD-1, Model OD-2, Model OD-10 and Model DE.
Model OD-1 is a fixed horizontal air pattern diffuser having flush inner cones. Model OD-2 is a fixed horizontal air pattern diffuser with projecting inner cones. Model OD-10 has an adjustable flat central disc for horizontal throw or vertical discharge.
Models OD-1, OD-2 are fabricated from steel whilst the Model OD-10 is constructed from a combination of both aluminium and steel. All model types are finished in White polyester powder as standard, other colours are available as an optional extra.
Model DE has a versatile inner cone providing 5 adjustment positions, where the air pattern can be altered from horizontal throw to vertical projection. In addition the inner cone is easily removed for access or cleaning.
To complement the usual Model DE circular diffuser format the assembly can be incorporated into a square ceiling panel, to act as a tile replacement and co-ordinate with a 600 x 600mm ceiling grid system.
Fabricated in steel as standard with aluminium available as an extra cost option. Finished in White polyester powder as standard. Other colours are available as an optional extra.
Perforated Face Diffuser
Model PD
A comprehensive range of ceiling mounted perforated face diffusers is available, including the redesigned Model PD, Model DFP drop face perforated diffuser and a new design Model DPP drop plaque perforated face diffuser. Each diffuser produces a radial air pattern and even air distribution making the diffusers suitable for most applications including general office areas, public areas, restaurants and kitchens. A new feature encompassing a twoposition perforated face design is incorporated into the Model DPP drop plaque perforated face ceiling diffuser, which results in the diffuser providing rapid room entrainment. An easily adjustable two-position perforated plaque gives alternative air projection into the occupied space. A collection of popular frame styles allows integration with most modular ceiling systems. All outer frames are manufactured from high quality extruded aluminium sections and feature a welded construction.
The S series range of aluminium louvre faced diffusers has been designed to give an attractive appearance combined with excellent air distribution characteristics.The range is available in a wide variety of styles and sizes and can be used for both supply and extract applications.
Six standard sizes are produced with square neck connections and all sizes can accommodate adaptors to suit circular neck requirements.
Each style of diffuser is manufactured to a high quality,with construction of mitred and welded corners providing maximum strength and rigidity.
Balancing dampers adjustable from the face of the diffuser are available for all sizes.Plenum boxes fitted with mono-blade balancing dampers can also be provided.
Core Styles are available for 1 way,2 way opposite,2 way corner,3 way and 4 way air patterns as illustrated below.Although supported by a safety chain all cores are easily removed without the use of special tools.
They can be interchanged between similar sized diffusers and re-arranged to suit new air pattern requirements.In addition,to maintain a uniform 4 way appearance,rear baffles can be supplied to give any combination of air pattern.
